December Students of the Month
Congratulations to 5th Grade student, Harper Brueck, for being named the EES Student of the Month for December! The EES Character Trait for November is FAIRNESS! Harper's teacher, Mrs. Tolson, says, "Harper is a SUPER student! She is very quiet, but will speak up and take up for her peers. She is a very thoughtful and caring person and tries to help her friends be the best they can be. She actually holds them accountable for their actions because she wants them to be better everyday. She also knows that everyone isn’t perfect, but she accepts them for who they are. " Congratulations, Harper, for being chosen Edwards Elementary's Student of the Month! The EES Student of the Month is sponsored by the Chesterfield High School Alumni Association. Harper has been provided a sign to display proudly in her yard during the month of December!
EES is also proud of all the classroom nominations. These students were presented with a Student of the Month button, a token to the EES Book Vending Machine, and a certificate provided by Shiloh to Go for a free kid's meal or ice cream!
