March Students of the Month
Congratulations to 2nd Grade student, Kadence Murvin, for being named the EES Student of the Month for March! Kadence's teacher, Mrs. Eddins, says, "Kadence is a superb student and a wonderful addition to our class. He is not afraid to step out of his comfort zone and try new things. He is brave enough to make mistakes and puts in the work regardless of the outcome. He believes in himself and radiates self-confidence which allows him to grow and thrive in second grade. Kadence shows compassion to others and treats all classmates with respect and kindness. We are so lucky to have Kadence in our class!" Congratulations, Kadence, for being chosen Edwards Elementary's Student of the Month! The EES Student of the Month is sponsored by the Chesterfield High School Alumni Association. Kadence has been provided a sign to display proudly in his yard during the month of March!
EES is also proud of all the classroom nominations. These students were presented with a Student of the Month button, a token to the EES Book Vending Machine, and a certificate provided by Shiloh to Go for a free kid's meal or ice cream!
