October Students of the Month

Congratulations to Kindergarten student, Rozie Dixon, for being named the EES Student of the Month for October! The EES Character Trait for October is RESPONSIBILITY AND HARD WORK! Rozie's teacher, Mrs. Faulkenberry, says, "Rozie has become one of our biggest helpers! She loves to do any jobs her teachers need her to do! If she sees a friend that needs help, they don’t even ask her and she runs over to help them! When it’s time to listen and learn, Rozie has her eyes right on her teachers! She always puts forth 100% effort and tries so hard to do her work the right way! Rozie loves school and shows responsibility and hard work every single day with her helping hands and focus she gives to her whole class! "
Congratulations, Rozie, for being chosen as Edwards Elementary's Student of the Month! The EES Student of the Month is sponsored by the Chesterfield High School Alumni Association. Rozie has been provided a sign to display proudly in her yard during the month of October!

EES is also proud of all the classroom nominations. These students were presented with a Student of the Month button, a token to the EES Book Vending Machine, and a certificate provided by Shiloh to Go for a free kid's meal or ice cream!
