Congratulations to 4th Grade Teacher, Mrs. Whitney Mackay, the Edwards Elementary 2023-24 Teacher of the Year! Principal Caroline Miles says, " Mrs. Mackay is a phenomenal educator! When I walk into her classroom, I could stay all day. Mrs. Mackay's class is a safe learning space. Students are supported, loved, and encouraged. She plans insightful lessons and focuses on every child- giving him or her the time, love and attention needed to be successful! Not only is Mrs. Mackay a dynamite teacher, she also has a heart of gold. It is an honor to work with her every day!
